business in the front, party in the back

I know I'm supposed to love everything about my baby, but, seriously, the mullet has got to go.

In other news, we're going to carve pumpkins today! I've been wanting to carve pumpkins since September. It's about time. I love Halloween!

In other other news, I did my hair and makeup today. I didn't even used to do my hair before the baby was born. In other words, I'm all dressed up with nowhere to go. Anyone want to come over and play with me?

haha, so funny. Don't worry, though, the majority of the baby's hair will fall out and be replaced by new stuff in the next couple of months.

Yeah, except that the hair on the back of the head will rub off/fall out first and then he'll have a bald spot AND a mullet. Ha! My little redneck baby.

That is SO funny. I think it's definitely up for a trim! I'm so glad you are enjoying yourself. It's such a sweet time. Such a cute smile and hat by the way.

Oh that's funny. Nothing can top Sophie's mullet though - it's endearing (that's what I tell myself at least!) Looks like you are enjoying the first few days of motherhood.

You haven't seen a serious baby mullet until you've seen Macie's hair. Breanne was a little worried about her daughters hair and then she saw Macie and said, "Wow, she takes mullet to a whole new level." The bad part is that Macie is 15 months AND STILL HAS A MULLET. She has super pretty hair in the back...but none on top. I try to mix it up and do a little pony (yes, it's that long) and then I get the response that she has a George Washington hair style...let me know if you figure out some miracle grow for your little guy, Macie could for sure use it!
ps-your little guy is adorable

The mullet could be handy for a redneck baby Halloween costume. You should leave it until the festivities are over.

Too late. It's gone. I don't mess around. :) Christian thought I was crazy, but he'll even admit it looks better now.

Kitty--Yes, please! Except can you tell it not to get so hot there during the summer?
