Ok, so I'm almost back into running. I haven't run in 23 days. (15 minutes on a treadmill doesn't count.) That's pushing a month, people. And I really have no excuse other than laziness. As Kaylynn pointed out on the Love to Run blog, sometimes a break is good for you. But it's time I got off my butt and back onto the trails.

The last 10k I ran was horrible. This 10k is going to be fabulous. A 10k is 6.2 miles, and my goal is to finish it in under 55 minutes. That gives me 25 days to get my "speed" back.
