Did well Kept my calories where I wanted them.
Need to improve Ate a big lunch, but a small dinner. Should spread my calories out a little better.
Comments I was planning on doing yoga when I got home from class (about 9:30pm), but Christian reminded me that he had an Off the Wall soccer game. Of course, I went to that instead. So I had a small dinner and got to go watch his team beat the #1 team in their division! Christian had some awesome goals. That's my hubby. :)
